- The AI players may have decided to take a hostile stance towards you, rejecting any treaty offers. They do that sometimes, especially if you're ahead in tech or empire size. You can easily check what the AIs think of you in the nations/players report under Attitude. hima 18:20, January 22, 2011 (UTC)
- I can't either, and it's not because of a hostile stance. I decided to check this by creating a game where an AI member was on my own team. The "meet" option was grayed out, even though we shared embassies and they were enthusiastic towards me. I could cancel the treaty and cancel the shared vision, but I could not contact them in any way. This happens regardless of how I fiddle with the setting "Ability to make diplomacy."
