When managing your empire there's often a lot of micromanagement and a LOT of things to remember. I'd like to be able to attach notes to different tiles on the map and be able to read them by hovering the cursor over them or something similar... The way I'm imagining them, they would be somewhat similar to the markers you can place on google maps but perhaps less obtrusive. Naturally it would make sense to be able to view a list of all the notes too.

It would be nice to integrate messages system to it. All diplomacy related messages would create a note on capital city title's. Some messages like: "City requires aqueduct" would be placed on city title's, so player can quick check what city need. Other think is to create more icon on map showing what city needs. This icons would appear when player press some key.
