Hey, gang, anyone know what to do about the property editor lists always being empty? The various nations appear, but not the cities or anything else. If I click "create" on the cities tab, for example, a new city will appear on the list. But then if I close and reopen the property editor, the list will be empty again. I've tried un- and re-installing, but it didn't help. Anyone know what the deal is? Thanks!
- If you click the crossed-spanner-and-screwdriver icon in the editor toolbar, it's quite likely that you got the property editor not in the context of any actual tiles on the map ("Tile" tab empty). In that case it makes little sense to create cities, units etc (although it doesn't stop you; arguably this is a bug).
- To get a property editor view that's suitable for a specific tile, middle-click on it -- if it's a tile with a city, you should see the city. Etc.
