The stub ruleset is a minimal working ruleset and helps to create a new ruleset from scratch. Since version 2.6 it is available on GitHub in data/stub. Stub rulesets for older releases are available from www.cazfi.net.
(In wiki language, a "stub" page is an article usually consisting of one short paragraph or less. It can also be an article that may contain a certain amount of information but is incomplete in one section or more. In short, a stub is an incomplete article. A stub template is often added to mark the content and invite others to add to the page.)
