Turn Change[]

TC is an abbreviation for turn change.

Turn change is the end of one turn and the start of the next:

  • City production completes.
  • All city income, output, and effects are reckoned.
  • Taxes collected.
  • Cities grow or starve.
  • State and moods of cities change and are recorded.
  • Unit orders complete or accumulate progress.
  • Units not in cities or native bases lose 1 turn of fuel.
  • Units who qualify heal hitpoints
  • Technologies are discovered.
  • Climate change events take place.
