Turn Change[]
TC is an abbreviation for turn change.
Turn change is the end of one turn and the start of the next:
- City production completes.
- All city income, output, and effects are reckoned.
- Taxes collected.
- Cities grow or starve.
- State and moods of cities change and are recorded.
- Unit orders complete or accumulate progress.
- Units not in cities or native bases lose 1 turn of fuel.
- Units who qualify heal hitpoints
- Technologies are discovered.
- Climate change events take place.
